by Phone – All above credit cards are accepted. If you do not wish to use a credit card, your order will be sent C.O.D. Orders sent C.O.D. must be paid by cashier’s check or money order.
We do our best to fill orders immediately, usually the same day; however, there are times when demand exceeds supply.
If you ordered online you will be notified by phone within 24 hours if an item in your order is on back order.
If you order by phone, and an item is not immediately available, you will be notified at the time of your call.
We regret having back ordered items and we thank you for your patience.
Digital Delay ships all products UPS. You can choose between Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day. The shipping charge is calculated by weight.
In-stock orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. CT, for same day shipping.
If you are ordering multiple items, call us for a Bulk Shipping discount.
Inspect packages upon arrival and report any damaged package immediately to the shipping carrier and Digital Delay.
Keep all packaging and receipts.
Up to 15 days after receipt – Product may be returned for full credit as long as the product is new, never been used or installed, and is returned with all parts including shipping box and packaging. Shipping charges are not refunded.
From 15 – 90 days – Product may be returned for full credit as long as the product is new, never been used or installed, and is returned with all parts including shipping box and packaging minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Over 90 days – All sales are considered final.
One year warranty on all products unless stated otherwise on the Warranty and Disclaimer page included in the product’s instructions.

When sending a product in to be repaired please include the following inside the shipping box:
Your product will be sent back to you UPS, GROUND, C.O.D. (a $9.00 extra charge),
if not otherwise specified by you.
You may use your credit card to avoid the C.O.D. charge.
Mark on your repair letter to call for your credit card information.
If you need your repair back by a specific date and/or you wish UPS NEXT DAY,
or UPS SECOND DAY, please specify.
